INTUITIVE OPPORTUNITY MAPS
An Intuitive Opportunity Map is a personalised creative and intuitive work exploring possibilities, opportunities, people, places, themes and pathways that may be unfolding around you.
Opportunity Maps are intended as an exploration of possibility. They are not a prediction of fixed future events and do not guarantee that any particular person, event, opportunity, outcome or timeframe will occur.
Your choices remain your own.
THE CREATIVE PROCESS
Each Intuitive Opportunity Map is created individually through the chosen artist's intuitive and creative process.
The purchaser acknowledges that the imagery, colours, symbols, words, themes, people, places, impressions and other elements that emerge cannot be predetermined or directed.
The artist retains creative discretion over the creation and interpretation of the work.
No two Opportunity Maps are the same.
CHOOSING YOUR ARTIST
Where artist selection is available, you may select your preferred intuitive artist when placing your order.
If you select No preference – please choose for me, an available artist will be allocated to your commission.
Artist availability may vary and commissions may occasionally need to be reassigned by agreement with you.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, an Intuitive Opportunity Map purchase includes:
a personalised Intuitive Opportunity Map created for you;
a high-quality digital reproduction of the completed artwork; and
a personalised written interpretation exploring what emerged through the process.
Your completed materials will be delivered digitally.
The original physical artwork remains with the artist and is not included in your purchase.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Opportunity Maps are individually commissioned works and require time to create.
Any delivery timeframe or current delivery window displayed on this website is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date unless expressly stated otherwise.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete and deliver your commission within the indicated timeframe and will contact you if a significant delay occurs.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and ensuring you can receive the digital files sent to you.
Please contact us if you reasonably believe your completed files have not been received.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Because Intuitive Opportunity Maps are personalised commissioned works, work may begin specifically for you after your order is accepted.
If you wish to cancel or change your commission, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where work has not commenced, we may be able to cancel the commission and provide a refund.
Once substantial personalised work has commenced, cancellation or changes may not be possible, subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
REFUNDS
Each Intuitive Opportunity Map is an original, personalised creative work produced through the artist's intuitive process.
The purchaser acknowledges that the imagery, colours, symbols, themes and interpretation that emerge cannot be predetermined or directed.
Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the content, appearance or interpretation of a completed Opportunity Map does not, by itself, entitle the purchaser to a refund.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Where you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law, those rights will be honoured.
INTUITIVE AND PSYCHIC CONTENT
Intuitive, psychic and mediumship-related content provided through this website, an Opportunity Map or any related product or service is subjective in nature.
It is offered for personal exploration, reflection and informational purposes.
No particular result, future event or outcome is guaranteed.
You remain responsible for your own choices, actions and decisions.

TESTIMONIALS AND SHARING
Your Opportunity Map, personal information or testimonial will not be publicly shared by Jaqui Bohn for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
If permission is given, the agreed level of identification or anonymity will be respected.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on this website are shown in the currency indicated at the time of purchase.
Payment is required through the payment methods made available at checkout.
Prices, availability and product offerings may change from time to time. Changes will not affect an order already accepted except where required by law or agreed with you.
